1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use GlowVive Services. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful. GlowVive reserves the right to verify identity at any time.

2. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security.
  • You must not share login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • GlowVive may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

3. Wallet Services

GlowVive provides a digital wallet system for internal transfers, payments, and withdrawals.

  • Wallet balances do not constitute a bank account.
  • GlowVive may require identity verification before withdrawals.
  • Transactions may be reviewed or delayed for compliance or fraud checks.
  • Users are responsible for verifying recipient details before transfers.

4. Marketplace & Digital Products

GlowVive operates a marketplace where users may buy, sell, or offer services. GlowVive acts as a platform and is not the direct seller of third-party goods unless explicitly stated.

  • Sellers are responsible for accuracy of listings.
  • Buyers must review product details before purchase.
  • Digital products may be non-refundable once delivered.
  • GlowVive may remove listings that violate policies.

5. Shipping & Logistics

GlowVive provides logistics coordination and shipment processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. GlowVive is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, third-party carriers, or government authorities.

6. Gift Card & Redemption Services

Gift card transactions involve third-party verification and exchange services. Rates may fluctuate based on market conditions.

  • Users must submit valid and unused cards only.
  • Fraudulent, already-used, or manipulated cards will result in account suspension.
  • Processing times vary by card type.
  • GlowVive reserves the right to delay payment pending verification.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Money laundering

  • Use of stolen cards
  • Illegal shipping items
  • Account manipulation or system abuse
GlowVive may cooperate with law enforcement when required.

8. Fees & Payments

  • Service fees may apply.
  • Fees are disclosed before confirmation.
  • Completed transactions may be non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

GlowVive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Where liability applies, it shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction.

10. Platform Modifications

GlowVive may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
