GlowVive Marketplace

GlowVive provides marketplace functionality through which independent vendors may list products and customers may place orders. Information reasonably necessary to fulfil a transaction may be shared with the relevant buyer, vendor, logistics provider or other party involved in that transaction.

Vendors must use customer information obtained through GlowVive only for authorised transaction fulfilment, support and related legitimate purposes, and must not misuse it for unrelated marketing, resale, harassment or other unauthorised purposes.

06

Find a Service & Offer a Service

When you find or offer a service through GlowVive, information contained in a request or provider profile may be displayed or shared as reasonably necessary to connect customers and service providers. This can include public business/profile information and, when appropriate, relevant contact, location, quotation, scheduling or service information.

Do not place unnecessary confidential or sensitive information in public profiles, listings, reviews or service descriptions.

07

GlowVive Importation

GlowVive may process purchaser, recipient, product, invoice, shipment, destination and related information required to facilitate domestic or international importation and forwarding services.

Relevant information may be provided to warehouses, logistics companies, shipping agents, customs or regulatory authorities, payment providers and other parties necessary to process the requested shipment.

Privacy vs. shipping rules

This section covers personal-data handling during importation. Shipping charges, delivery timelines, customs responsibility, failed delivery, damaged shipments and return rules should be stated in GlowVive's Terms, Refund/Return or Shipping/Delivery rules—not hidden inside a Privacy Policy.

08

Payments & Financial Transactions

Payments may be processed by independent gateways, banks or financial-service providers. GlowVive may receive transaction references, payment status, amounts, payment-method information and other information necessary to confirm, reconcile or support transactions. Payment providers may process information under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

09

When We May Share Information

Where reasonably necessary and permitted, information may be shared with buyers, vendors, customers, service providers, payment providers, banks, couriers, warehouses, logistics/shipping providers, technology and hosting providers, security or communication providers, professional advisers, and competent regulators, courts, law-enforcement or government authorities.

Information may also be transferred as part of a legitimate corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition or business transfer, subject to applicable law. GlowVive does not intend to sell personal information as a standalone commodity.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

GlowVive may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain accounts, sessions and shopping carts, remember preferences, support security, understand website usage and improve platform performance. Restricting essential cookies may prevent some features from working correctly.

11

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for account administration, transaction fulfilment, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, recordkeeping and applicable legal, tax, accounting or regulatory requirements. Retention periods vary by information type and service.

12

GlowVive uses reasonable administrative, organisational and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. No internet or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and should promptly report suspected account compromise.

13

Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law and lawful limitations, you may have rights to request access to or correction of personal information, request deletion in appropriate circumstances, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, and complain about how your information is handled.

GlowVive may verify identity before acting on a privacy request. Some records may be retained where a legal obligation or another lawful basis requires or permits continued retention.

Because GlowVive may use international technology, payment, logistics, shipping or other providers, information may sometimes be processed outside Nigeria. Where applicable, GlowVive will seek to handle such transfers in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements and safeguards.
