GlowVive Terms of Use

Welcome to GlowVive. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GlowVive website, mobile applications, and all associated subdomains, networks, and services, including our Marketplace, Importation services, and Service listings (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. General Marketplace Terms
The GlowVive Marketplace connects independent third-party vendors (“Sellers”) with customers (“Buyers”).
- Role of GlowVive: GlowVive provides the infrastructure, vendor portals, and ecosystem to facilitate transactions but is not the seller of record for third-party products. We do not hold ownership of vendor-listed inventory and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of individual items.
- Account Responsibility: If you register an account (including vendor, marketer, or buyer profiles), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Transactions and Payments: All payments made through our integrated payment gateways are processed securely. GlowVive reserves the right to hold, adjust, or split commissions and transaction fees based on platform tier structures and referral configurations before disbursing payouts to vendors.
2. Importation & Global Logistics
GlowVive facilitates procurement and international shipping through our dedicated logistics framework. Use of these services implies acceptance of the following:
- Compliance and Restrictions: Users must ensure that any items requested for procurement or shipping comply fully with international trade laws and the import/export regulations of the destination country.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Unless explicitly bundled into a managed service quote, the user is entirely responsible for all customs clearings, import duties, localized taxes, and processing fees required by border authorities.
- Logistics Delays: GlowVive acts as an intermediary between international suppliers and freight forwarding networks. We are not liable for shipping disruptions or customs holds caused by administrative delays, structural transit issues, or force majeure events.
3. Services Platform
GlowVive offers dedicated spaces for professional service listings, managed procurement tracking, and specialized consultations.
- Service Listings: Providers offering services via the platform must accurately represent their capabilities, timeline, and deliverables. GlowVive acts as a hosting directory and discovery mechanism and does not guarantee the specific performance of individual independent contractors.
- Platform Modifications: GlowVive reserves the right to modify, add, or toggle features across its subdomains at any time to improve system stability or optimize user flow.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users, vendors, and partners explicitly agree not to engage in the following actions:
- Listing counterfeit, stolen, unauthorized, or illegal products and services.
- Attempting to bypass or circumvent GlowVive’s native checkout systems, payment processing setups, or application rules to avoid platform fees.
- Deploying automated scripts, scrapers, or unauthorized API commands that stress the server infrastructure or scrape user directory data.
- Sharing account access with unauthorized parties or misrepresenting administrative access tiers.
5. Intellectual Property
All core infrastructure, custom branding, UI layouts, codebase assets, text elements, and graphical systems on the Platform are the exclusive property of GlowVive Technology Ltd or its licensors. Users retain ownership of individual media files and product descriptions they upload, but grant GlowVive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content to facilitate marketplace operations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlowVive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data corruption, server downtime, or disruptions resulting from database updates, third-party plugin issues, or general operational maintenance.
7. Governance and Modifications
GlowVive reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of any part of our marketplace, import network, or service portal following updates constitutes explicit agreement to the revised terms. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GlowVive Technology Ltd is legally registered.
