GlowVive Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GlowVive. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Vendor,” “Buyer,” or “Marketer”) and GlowVive Technology Ltd (“GlowVive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Agreement governs your registration, onboarding, financial transactions, and general usage of the GlowVive ecosystem, including our marketplace, importation subdomains, and service platforms.
1. Account Registration and User Tiers
To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account.
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile updated.
- Vendor Ecosystem Tiers: Vendors registering on the Dokan multi-vendor marketplace agree to the specific structural limitations, platform commissions, and monthly/annual subscription fees associated with their selected tier (including Starter, Retail, Premium, and Digital levels).
- Staff and Role-Based Access: Standard user accounts may not access internal management layers. Custom staff roles and administrative interfaces are strictly reserved for authorized staff personnel. Any attempt to bypass role boundaries will result in immediate termination.
2. Financial Terms, Fees, and Payments
GlowVive uses secure third-party payment gateways (including Paystack) to process marketplace transactions, subscription renewals, and logistics fees.
- Transaction Charges and Split Payments: When a transaction is completed, processing fees and payment gateway platform charges are applied to the gross payment total. GlowVive automatically deducts its fixed marketplace commission and any applicable tier fees before routing the net payout to the vendor’s wallet.
- Referral and Marketer Commissions: If a vendor joins the platform via a registered marketer’s invitation link, the system tracks the referral and distributes a set commission rate to the marketer from platform earnings. Marketer balances are subject to verification before withdrawal.
- Refund and Disbursal Policy: Funds collected for marketplace products are held securely in escrow or vendor wallets according to standard clearing cycles. Refund requests are evaluated based on product delivery status, vendor dispute resolution, or failure to fulfill services.
3. Sourcing, Importation, and Logistics Rules
For users utilizing GlowVive’s international sourcing and import subdomains:
- Order Sourcing Requests: Sourcing requests submitted to our import desk require binding upfront validation or partial payment deposits before procurement actions begin with global suppliers.
- Cargo Handling and Storage: GlowVive provides clear localized estimates for clearance costs, weight distributions, and freight fees. If a user fails to pay final customs clearance costs or collect freight shipments within the platform’s designated holding window, GlowVive reserves the right to charge storage fees or liquidate the cargo to recover terminal costs.
4. Service Directory and Freelance Listings
Users listing specialized services or utilizing service-related subdomains must adhere to professional guidelines:
- Independent Contractor Status: Service providers listed on the platform are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or partners of GlowVive Technology Ltd.
- Milestone Escrow: For managed projects, payments may be tied to specific technical milestones. GlowVive releases funds to the service provider only upon clear sign-off or automated milestone completion verification.
5. Platform Security and Database Protection
To ensure the integrity of the ecosystem:
- Data Scraping and Exploits: Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to drop database tables, run malicious SQL commands, inject unauthorized tracking scripts, or perform any backend actions that disrupt platform operations.
- System Abuse: GlowVive reserves the right to run system-wide database maintenance, wipe stale test records, adjust hard-coded legacy options, or disable custom feature flags to protect site performance and SEO rankings.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GlowVive Technology Ltd, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and staff from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected to your misuse of the marketplace, violation of import regulations, failure to deliver listed services, or breach of this Agreement.
7. Termination of Accounts
GlowVive reserves the right, without notice and at its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account, vendor dashboard, or ability to use the platform for any violation of these terms, fraudulent financial actions, or behavior that damages the marketplace community.
8. Dispute Resolution and Contact
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be addressed through amicable direct mediation with GlowVive management.
