GlowVive Sales and Commissions Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

This Sales and Commissions Policy governs the financial framework, fee structures, commission splits, and fulfillment obligations between GlowVive Technology Ltd (“GlowVive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and registered (‘vendors”, “Sellers”) operating within the GlowVive multi-vendor marketplace ecosystem.

By listing products or provisioning services on the platform, you agree to comply with the financial and operational policies detailed below.

1. Platform Commission Structure

GlowVive operates on a tier-based commission and subscription model designed to match the scale of your business. Commissions are automatically calculated and deducted from the gross sale amount at the point of transaction before the remaining funds are disbursed to the vendor’s wallet.

  • Commission Deductions: A fixed percentage of 5% commision and flat fee of N100 (based on your specific vendor tier Starter, Retail, Premium, or Digital) is retained by GlowVive on every successful marketplace transaction.
  • Payment Gateway Charges: Third-party payment processor charges (e.g., Paystack transaction fees) are calculated as part of the total checkout cost. These platform fees are processed alongside GlowVive’s marketplace commissions during the automated split-payment distribution.
  • Marketer Referral Adjustments: For vendors who onboarded through a registered marketer’s invitation link, the system automatically routes the designated referral commission to the marketer out of the platform’s collected earnings. This referral allocation does not alter your baseline tier agreement.

2. Vendor-Managed Shipping and Fulfillment

To provide maximum autonomy and flexibility, all product shipping, packaging, and delivery logistics are handled directly by the vendor (Unless we provide a warehouse)

  • Fulfillment Responsibility: The vendor is solely responsible for packaging, dispatching, and tracking items ordered through their storefront. GlowVive provides the platform architecture but does not store, package, or ship marketplace vendor inventory.
  • Shipping Rates and Configuration: Vendors must configure their own localized or flat-rate shipping fees inside their vendor dashboard. These shipping costs are passed directly to the buyer at checkout.
  • Delivery Timelines and SLAs: Vendors are legally bound to dispatch ordered items within their stated processing window. Consistently delayed shipments, unfulfilled orders, or failure to upload tracking data may result in your store layout being penalized, hidden, or suspended from the directory.
  • Shipping Disputes and Losses: Because fulfillment is managed directly by the vendor, GlowVive is not liable for cargo damaged, lost, or delayed during transit. In the event of a delivery dispute, the vendor must provide valid proof of delivery (e.g., a signed waybill or carrier tracking confirmation) to our mediation team.

3. Revenue Disbursal and Payouts

  • Escrow and Holding Cycles: To protect buyers and reduce fraudulent activities, transaction funds are held in a secure wallet system according to platform-wide clearing windows until customer gets and confirm their product or services.
  • Withdrawal Requests: Once an order is successfully marked as delivered and the 48-hour return window closes without a buyer dispute, the net funds (gross sale minus platform commissions and gateway fees) become fully eligible for withdrawal.
  • Chargebacks and Reversals: If a buyer successfully claims a refund or a payment gateway forces a chargeback due to non-delivery or defective items, GlowVive reserves the right to claw back the total transaction value directly from the vendor’s wallet balance.

4. Policy Amendments

GlowVive reserves the right to modify commission rates, update tier benefits, or adjust payout thresholds at any time to preserve system infrastructure and technical SEO optimization. Vendors will receive notice via their dashboards or email prior to any structural financial changes taking effect.
